The e-ticket is an online ticket sales system. Customers can book and buy their tickets with easy online payment and they will receive the tickets instantly in their email. An e-ticket is delivered as a PDF attachment to an email, which customers can open directly or forward to another passenger if booking on their behalf.
How to use an e-ticket:
Open the email with the PDF(s) attached that we sent you.
Scan the QR code from your phone at the station's ticket gate, or show it to staff.
Group bookings:
If you're travelling in a group with e-tickets, the lead passenger can forward the PDF attachments so that each of you can open your ticket on your own device.
