Flexible fares offer you the freedom to change or cancel your travel plans without hefty penalties. These fares are available from several of our partner operators.
Key points about flexible fares with no seat or specific time:
- Flexibility: You can travel on any available train within the validity period of your ticket without a specific departure time or seat assignment.
- No reserved seat: Flexible fares often do not include a reserved seat. You can travel on any train available within your ticket’s timeframe, but seats are subject to availability.
- Important ticket details: Always carefully review your ticket to ensure you understand whether a seat reservation is required or included, as conditions may vary by operator.
If you have any doubts or need clarification about your flexible fare, feel free to contact us directly for assistance.

Important Information for Your Ticket and Seat Reservation:
When you book your seat on any train operator, you will receive a ticket for your seat reservation, which will not replace your original tickets.
For all trains, you must print all your tickets:
- Note: You must print the ticket you receive after booking and the seat reservation and present them to board the train, along with any other required identification (e.g., passport, ID, etc.).
Make sure to carry your printed ticket for travel on all other operators to avoid any inconvenience.
