Many of the train companies we work with will compensate you if your train is delayed for more than 60 minutes.
Why you may not receive compensation:
- If your train was cancelled and you did not travel, please see "How can I get a refund for delayed or cancelled train?" for information on requesting a refund.
- If your delay was caused by a planned disruption or the use of an emergency timetable, compensation is not available.
- You may not be compensated for delays caused by factors beyond the rail industry's control. However, each company's policy may differ, so it's best to check with them directly.
